From the traditional butcher shop founded in 1980 , "Apostolopoulos Bros" has evolved into a modern store that meets European standards in terms of facilities and hygiene conditions required by law and modern design .
In our store we have the knowledge to provide our customer with whatever meat and cutting they ask for, and to devote time updating constantly in various cooking and meat cutting seminars. Our store supplies meat from small Greek farms that we look for and choose if and when they meet the quality standards we want.
Meat which one can find in our store are calves 8 to 12 months of Karditsa and Trikala, heifers (female grazing calves) from Karditsa, Trikala and Olympus and pigs by plant breeding Karditsa, chickens Greek Nitsiakos Ioannina free range Pindos organic as well as organic Tripoli BioGreco.
In addition to the classic meats, our store has a wide variety of specialized meats such as greek black pig, greek buffalo meat from Kerkini and buffalo sausages while we also have the whole range of American blackangus beef such as ribeye primequality , tenderloin (fillet) , picanha burger angus and any other piece of angus beef that we can bring you.
Finally, in addition to meat, the store has a state-of-the-art laboratory in which we process the meat, marinate it and give to it a final shape for cooking. All our meat products are made with loveand passion thinking about the needs and the limited time of the modern Greek citizen with the result that we make sure you have a quick, tasty, healthy, nutritious and easy to cook meal!
